6. Refunds and returns
All sales are final unless in writing. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, please contact us in writing for assistance within 48 hours of receipt. Our customer service team will assist and guide you through the product return process. Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with us entitled to inspect the returned products before processing a refund.
